At Sundays, we put great care into crafting your tea, and we want you to love every sip.

Because our products are consumable, we’re unable to accept returns on opened tea or blends. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out. We’re here to make it right!

We gladly offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Damaged or broken items upon arrival

  • Incorrect products shipped

  • Missing items from your order

To request a return or refund, please contact us at quinn@sundaystea.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a photo (if applicable), and a short description of the issue.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened tea or blends

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or limited edition blends
